We provide a regular stocktaking service for many bars, restaurants, nightclubs and bottleshops in Perth.

Powered by Barmetrix, we use scales and scanner technology to complete a full stocktake of your beverage inventory – which provides the management team a wide range of reports they can use to keep variances low, and profits high.

If your POS system is well maintained, we can upload our count information straight into your POS to produce reports from there. Let us take care of the physical part of the stocktake, allowing your managers to focus on other important tasks.

Beyond Measure has been a huge asset to our business. We get fortnightly stock takes with figures, variances and items to follow up with. With the current staff shortage it means we can have our managers serving our customers rather than counting stock.

Beyond Measure has made our stocktaking magnitudes easier. They've been able to tailor their services to our style of bar, have been able to accurately measure individual ingredients in our pre-batched cocktails, and work with our slightly outdated POS systems.

For the ARK group venues we have been using Beyond Measure for a couple of years now for stocktaking and independent, accurate stock on hand figures when acquiring new venues. They are fast, accurate and have assisted in bringing our variances to the almost nil. From a cost / efficiency perspective, we are able to stocktake a venue with only 30 minutes time investment from the management team. The labour cost saving in conjunction with the accuracy of counts make using Tyron & the team a no brainier for us. Thoroughly Recommend!
